You can find an exercise program anywhere. For 21 days, for 4 weeks, maybe six. They’re cool. No doubt there are legit ones out there. It’s just not exactly a customized solution for you or very personable.
Who’s there to talk with you when you’re stuck? When you’re struggling with your parameters in hopes of eating better on the weekends? Procrastinating on your workouts, and ultimately, the version of yourself you want to be? Who will hold you accountable and see it to that you get back on board? Most people fail to hold themselves accountable.

*The Hearing: We can of course see each other. Just expect we’ll share exchanges through messaging. Unless we meet in person! 🙂 Any videos I send you will have transcripts as well.
- Take a hot minute and fill out a few questions for me below. I have limited space, and want see you are truly ready!
- I’ll contact you so we can start a conversation to establish good vibes and expectations.
- If we move forward, we set up the Very Important and Exciting meeting online or in person. Skype, Google hangouts or a very tasty coffee shop if you’re in Chicago. We dive in a full assessment about your lifestyle, wants and needs, feelings, etc. I’m going to ask questions you might not expect.
- Upon agreement, I take this motherlode of information and design a customized, day by day, program full of mind, body and spirit exercises and unique challenges to get you from stuck to strong.
- Upon delivery of this program, I stand by as your ally, coach and resource with accountability check-ins or meetings.
