Fitness isn’t just about training your body.
It’s about challenging your mind to dream up that best life.
It’s about training your body for that best life.
Just for you.
The most badass tool to getting what you want is something I can’t give you because… well, it’s you.
But I can help you dig in and find that fearless and fit soul that’s waiting to be uncaged.
How does it work?
This challenge is designed to teach you to break through the mediocrity with mind and body principles.
14 days / 14 challenges.
Some physical, some mental, but all entirely doable in 24 hours.
There’s even a recipe or two (spoiler alert: peanut butter is involved).
By the end of the 14 days, you will be equipped to push and pull, lift it up and flip your struggles out of the way.
Again and again.
When do we start?
The live challenge is finished and it ROCKED.
This challenge was designed for you and I to do it together.
The first round was in February 2017.
