You know how much I adore burpees.
So much, I’m hosting The 25 Days of Burpees.
You know what started it all? When one of my clients declared, “I would feel like a superhero by the holidays if I could do more burpees.”
If becoming stronger, fitter, more confident and energetic is what you want, the 25 days of burpees is for you.
It’s simple: You commit to a number of burpees to do daily from December 1st to December 25th. If you would rather be told how many to do, I say 25, and feel free to ramp up the number during the month! Otherwise, choose a number that challenges you, but won’t discourage you to keep it up. You can set a timer for 5 minutes and see how many you can do!
Do your number 25 days in a row and watch your confidence, strength and stamina grow.
Face it: We are going to have missed workouts, too many indulgences, and we’re going to feel bloated some days.
I don’t want you to beat yourself up this holiday season.
Instead of focusing on restrictions, I want you to focus on consistency.
Just having one exercise to do daily, anytime and anywhere, will help you STAY CONSISTENT after the holidays and adjusting back to a good ol’ healthy lifestyle won’t be as tough. You won’t even need resolutions because you’ll be on fire!
What better than burpees?
Burpees are a functional exercise that work your entire body, and when done with intensity, leave you with a caloric burning effect afterwards.
You’ll be challenged on your willpower, endurance and strength. Plus, they’re certainly not…boring.
They freak people out and I kind of love it. Because once you embrace the suck, that’s when inner strength starts to grow and shine through your fitness. Build the grit, and nothing can get in your way from reaching your other goals.
